Corrective Exercise

Primary objective is to optimize your movement quality which will improve athletic performance, injury resistance, longevity, and overall health. This is done through 4 phases:

1. Inhibit- Myofascial release on overactive/tight muscles 

2. Lengthen- Restore optimal length to overactive muscles

3.Activate- Engage the underactive/weak muscles

4.Integrate- Mind and body connection, technical movements that requires your body to move harmoniously 

Corrective Exercise(One on One)

4 Sessions(1x/week): $300, $75/Session 

8 Sessions(2x/week):  $480, $60/Session 

12 Sessions(3x/week): $600, $50/Session 

 

Corrective Exercise(Pair, 2 People)

4 Sessions(1x/week): $320($160 Each, $40/Session)

8 Sessions(2x/week): $480($240 Each, $30/Session)

12 Sessions(3x/week): $600($300 Each, $25/Session)
