Training

The goal for training at BAM is to optimize your movement quality for running and rotational based sports. (Long Distance Running, Soccer, Boxing/Kickboxing)

 

Optimization of movement quality is accomplished by identifying a growth opportunity and implementing  the 4 Phases of corrective exercise.  ​​

Recovery 

The goal for recovery at BAM is to balance your training with proper recovery. This will support growth, prevent injury, and fuel long term potential. This is accomplished through PNF Stretching and Compression Therapy. 

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation(PNF) Stretching: Contract and Relax Method that boosts your passive and active range of motion. 

  • Increases flexibility and mobility and reduces risk of injury by reducing muscle stiffness

Compression Therapy: Air compression that mimics natural muscle pumps through rhythmic inflation and deflation 

  • Improves circulation and stimulates the lymphatic system which helps remove lactate from muscles
